AI-generated content does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You must not configure the AI to provide such advice without appropriate disclaimers.
Our AI features are powered by OpenAI. By using AI features, you acknowledge that conversation data (excluding sensitive personal information) is processed by OpenAI's API in accordance with their usage policies.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service, including your knowledge base content, customer conversations, and business information. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service.
You are the data controller for your customers' personal data. You are responsible for:
We act as a data processor on your behalf. By using the Service, you enter into a data processing arrangement with us under which we process personal data only on your documented instructions.
Letztak AI offers the following subscription tiers (prices subject to change with notice):

If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. After 3 failed attempts, your account may be downgraded to the Free plan. You will be notified by email before any downgrade occurs.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current period.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
The Letztak AI platform, including its software, design, features, and all related materials, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
You retain all rights to content you create, including your knowledge base, FAQ content, product catalogs, and custom instructions. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process this content solely to provide and improve the Service.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use this feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Letztak AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion option in Settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then deleted, unless required by law.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice if you:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Access tokens for connected Meta accounts will be invalidated and removed. You will lose access to all conversations, leads, and other data.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and cancel your account.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. For users outside India, applicable local consumer protection laws may also apply.
Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us first to attempt informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved through our support channels.
For disputes that cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration rather than in court, except for claims involving intellectual property rights or injunctive relief.
You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Letztak AI regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, internet failures, or third-party service outages (including Meta or OpenAI outages).
